Cream of mushroom

Ingredient                                             Quantity

*Olive Oil                                            5ml

*Butter                                                  10ml

*Garlic                                                  3clove

*Onion                                                  35gm

*Celery                                                 10gm

*Roux (White)                                     _

*Stock (White)                                    _

*Salt & Pepper                                   to taste

*Thyme                                               to taste

*Oregano                                            to taste

*Cream                                                2tbspn

*Parsley                                              garnish

 

Method

*Heat the pan and pour the oil and butter.

*Add garlic, onion, celery, mushroom sauté until golden brown and blend it like paste.

*Take a sauce pan and add paste.

*Add roux and stock according to consistency

*After few minute add salt, pepper and oregano, thyme.

*After few minute add cream and turn off heat.

*Garnish with parsley and cream

*Served with garlic bread
